Description

This will add the most important interfaces for the new source/sink interfaces:

• DynamicTableSource
• ScanTableSource extends DynamicTableSource
• LookupTableSource extends DynamicTableSource
• DynamicTableSink

And some initial ability interfaces:

• SupportsComputedColumnPushDown
• SupportsFilterPushDown

All interfaces will have extended JavaDocs.
