[FLINK-16925] remove Custom Search Engine files from statefun docs

Description

cse.xml and annotations.xml were copied over from the Flink docs. These files are checked into the flink repo simply to keep a record of how the search is configured, but aren't actually necessary. Since the search in the statefun docs is using the same CSE instance, the copies of these files in the statefun docs are redundant and should be deleted.
