Description

Currently, the quickstart archetype provides a skeleton Dockerfile that always builds on top of the latest image:

FROM statefun

While it happens to work for the first ever release since the latest tag will (coincidentally) point to the correct version,
once we have multiple releases this will no longer be correct.
