As discussed in http://apache-flink-mailing-list-archive.1008284.n3.nabble.com/DISCUSS-Update-on-Flink-Stateful-Functions-amp-what-are-the-next-steps-td38646.html,

the community wants the next (and first Apache-endorsed) Stateful Functions release number to be 2.0.

We should update the master branch snapshot version, as well as the Affects Version and Fixed Version fields of all Stateful Functions JIRAs.
