Description

The download links for the SQL connectors on https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.10/dev/table/connect.html are broken because central.maven.org is down.

The URLs should be updated to https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/flink/
