Description

Various sections contain outdated and redundant information.

As part of the cleanup, we would remove the following sections

• Remove outdated explanation above memory options (describes this as referring mainly to managed memory and batch jobs)

• Remove section "Configuring TaskManager processing slots" and link to Concepts Section instead.

• Remove section about "Configuring the Network Buffers" (subsumed by memory configuration)
