Description

Document of Connect to External Systems is outdated and is easy to mislead users.

from now，

（1）Flie system connector can only support  OldCsv format in YAML/DDL

（2）Csv format can not be used by Flie system connector in YAML/DDL

 docs  missed these and  may mislead user
