    Description

      1) PhysicalTableSourceScan.getSourceTransformation use TypeInfoDataTypeConverter.fromDataTypeToTypeInfo, which bypass TypeConversions to support precision

      2) Conversion from DateType to TypeInformation (and back) exists in TableSourceUtil.computeIndexMapping
