[FLINK-14596] Update MapView and ListView interface to new type system

Description

MapView and ListView are still using TypeInformation as constructor parameters. We should deprecate it and expose the new type system through constructor.

And we can also make the data type member field as private, and use refelction to access it, to make it user invisible.
