Release Note

FLINK-14431 (FLIP-102) updated the metrics overview page of the TaskManagers aligning it with the memory model introduced in FLINK-13980 (FLIP-49).

As part of this work, new metrics have been introduced for managed memory, netty shuffle memory (network) and metaspace. Minor naming bugs have been corrected as well.
