[FLINK-14325] Convert CatalogTable to TableSourceTable with additional watermark information

Description

Pass the watermark information (named WatermarkSpec) into TableSourceTable when DatabaseCalciteSchema#convertCatalogTable.

We should also update the TableSourceTable#getRowType because the rowtime field should be marked as rowtime indicator type.
