Description

Also OneTimeLeaderListenerFuture which use LeaderAddressAndId but is dead code, too.

I'd like to supersede FLINK-11664 with this one because I can see the requirement tight leader address with leader session id, but it is not LeaderAddressAndId. It would be more natural to introduce such class when addressing FLINK-10333. Instead of a dedicate JIRA changes here and there.
