Description

It should be documented that if jobmanager.execution.failover-strategy is set to region, the new pipelined region failover strategy (AdaptedRestartPipelinedRegionStrategyNG) will be used.

Acceptance Criteria

• config values region and full are documented
• to be decided: config values region-legacy and individual remain undocumented
