[FLINK-1118] Exclude Java Crash Log Files from License Header Check

Description

I from time to time my builds fail with JVM crashes.
If I try to run the build a second time, it fails due to the Header check on the Java crash log filles hs_err_pidxxxx.log.

It would be nice to exclude these files from being checked as they are not part of the project ressources.
