[FLEX-9977] after setting a combobox cellrenderer, the row with a lot of content does not display the cellrendere when the datagrid is vertically scrolled.

Description

Reproduction:
1.run the bugfile
2.Scroll the datagrid down by clicking the scroll thumb
3.

Actual Results:

Observe that the row displaing product 12 information does not show the cell renderer

Expected Results:
The cellRenderer should be displayed for all the rows

Workaround:Change the height of the Datagrid to 600, all is fine!
