Description

Reproduction:
1. Load an App with a NumericStepper on screen. Default value is always 0.
2. Input a new non-zero value. And focus out.
3. Refocus the component and press DELETE. Then focus out. "0" should appear.
4. Refocus the component and press DELETE again. Then focus out. The NumericStepper becomes blank.

Actual Results: NumericStepper's TextInput text reacts inconsisently to the DELETE key.

Expected Results: Should be consistant. Either have DELETE always clear the text field or have it always show 0.
