Description

The ToolBar class is currently not included in ASDoc, but is required to add or remove editor controls from the RTE. This capbaility is documented in DevApps, in response to a previous bug (147152).

One of the following must be done BEFORE Dev Apps Doc Freeze ~5/15:

• We commit to exposing the ToolBar class.

• We create an alternate method for adding and removing subcontrols without referencing the ToolBar

• We undocument the ability to add or remove subcontrols. (I think this would be a disservice.)
