Description

FB will have a new multiple SDK feature that keys off a flex_sdk_description.xml file to determine what version of the SDK (name, version and build number) we are looking at. It would be great if we could add this file to Borneo so we can accurately figure out the difference between Borneo and FDS 2.0.1 (2.0.1 won't have a file like this, but Borneo will). Then FB can better support tool compile and server compile with both versions of the server.
