Description

Reproduction:
1. Copy the test directories to your server.
2. Compile and run either CheckBox\checkbox_style_overskin.mxml or CheckBox\checkbox_style_upskin.mxml.
3. Mouse over any of the checkboxes in either file.

Actual Results: Note how once the skin appears, it doesn't disappear.

Expected Results: Should only appear when the state calls for it.
