Description

CursorManager has some inbuild cursors like busy cursor. We should also add hand cursor in the cursor list, so users can use hand cursor anywhere they want.

RIA is all about UI richness and feedback so user would know what is clickable and what not.. An ability to show hand cursor (easily/out of the box) would be a great addition to flex. Please don't defer..
