Description

Reproduction:
1. Load the bugfile that loads a stylesheet at runtime. The bugfiles traces the Complete and progress events.
2. Look at your trace file.

Actual Results: bytesLoaded and bytesComplete are 0.

Expected Results:According to the docs, bytesLoaded should be "The number of bytes loaded." while bytesTotal is "The total number of bytes to load." For this example, they should both be 27940.
