[FLEX-34833] Error #2046 appearing on custom application - preventing users from logging in

Description

Error #2046 is appearing on our custom application.

This is happening on all browser versions and as far as we're aware all Operating Systems.

We'd like to know what's causing this error and whether it's related to the RSLs.
