[FLEX-34813] Flex 4.14.0 iOS theme: incorrect ActionBar #titleDisplay and status bar colours

Description

The new iOS theme is great, but the ActionBar title should be black (not blue) and centred (not left justified), and the status bar background (the area above the ActionBar) should be the same pale grey colour as the ActionBar background (not white).
