[FLEX-34457] in one case, text selection using the arrow keys doesn't work in RichEditableText

Description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type something into a TextInput/RichEditableText/etc.
2. Move the cursor to the right edge of the typed text
3. Start selecting the text using Shift + left arrow
4. Now try to take one step to the right using Shift + right arrow
Result: the cursor doesn't move, the selection remains the same.

(Note: all other cases are ok.)
