[FLEX-34315] Building framework 4.12.1 manually does not work due to OSMF uppercase renaming

Description

I downloaded the SDK 4.12.1 with the 3.0 installer (FP/AIR 13) and tried to build the SDK manually by running ant in the frameworks folder, but it fails in target 'spark' with spark.components.VideoDisplay.
I noticed since Apache Flex 4.12.1 the osmf.swc in frameworks/libs/ is written in uppercase but the build script framework/build.xml still references the lowercase name.

Fix: replace all occurrences of the osmf.swc in build.xml with the uppercase name.
