[FLEX-33696] Spark DataGrid VScrollBar issue after adding datagrid under a component

Description

Using a datagrid with a vertical scroll bar. (with multiple rows of data)
removing the datagrid from stage and then adding it back to stage causes the vertical scroll bar thumb to disappear.
The origin of the problem is within: VScrollBar
under function:
updateSkinDisplayList
