Description

I have added a German translation of the RuntimeLocale.as from the trunk of the Apache Flex Installer

Because of the differences in the length of sentences between German and English language i had to add a line to the InstallApacheFlex.mxml to ensure the correct visual appearence of the app. I included the changes in a seperate patch file if you like that "fix" it should work for other longish languages like French as well ;o)
