Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Include a chart component (mx:AreaChart, mx:ColumnChart, mx:LineChart, mx:PieChart)
2. Time the step of creating it

Actual Results:
Several seconds

Expected Results:
A handful milliseconds

Workaround (if any):
Go back to SDK 4.5
