[FLEX-32833] DataGrid header background color should be black and headerText should be white

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. For a datagrid, I want the headerText to be in white color and the background color for headers to be black.
2. Also I need the header text should be positioned in the center.
3. Do we need to achieve this using our own css and place it in headerStyle or is there a default
implementation provided for the above requirements.
