Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the attached sample code "test.mxml"

Actual Results: All labels rendered horisontally except the last one.
(This happens because, if 'showLabelVertically' option is set to true and if embedded fonts are used, labels will be shown vertically if they cannot be fit horizontally within the column width.)

Expected Results: All labels rendered vertically.
We need to have an option to display all labels in ColumnChart in the same direction: all horisontal or all vertical. (irrespective of whether the labels fits within the column width or not)
