Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new CSS file and open it in Design View
2. Add a new style
3. Select Advanced DataGrid

Actual Results:
The columns are translated and localized. But Branches are not localized.

Expected Results:
It's a little too inconsistent. They should be localized as well.
