Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a simple olap sample and subscribe to CubeEvent.QueryProgress or Progress
2. or alternatively run bug file
3. select any query from combobox

Actual Results:
the message string from event which is mapped on progress bar is not localized, it is hard coded

Expected Results:
the message property of event should be localized and be picked from resources files
