Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag & Drop AreaChart from components panel to design view of Japanese Flex Builder.
2. Click "OK" in the creation dialog.

Actual Results:
Data in AreaChart and Legend like "Sample 1" & "Sample Data" is shown in English.

Expected Results:
Data in AreaChart and Legend should be shown in Japanese.
