Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag & Drop ADG in to Design view of Japanese Flex Builder.
2. Select type as "tree" and click "OK"

Actual Results:
Branch names inside ADG are shown in English

Expected Results:
Branch names inside ADG should be shown in Japanese
