[FLEX-31404] for HierarchicalCollectionView, we can have just the HierarchicalData provided, the source can be had from it.

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. at present HierarchicalCollectionView needs both source as well as HierarchicalData
new HierarchicalCollectionView(mySource, myHierarchicalData, {})

Actual Results: needs both source and HierarchicalData to be provided.

Expected Results: should need only HierarchicalData.

Workaround (if any): provide both source as well as HierarchicalData.
