Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the font size to 20
2. Set font size to 20 and label size limit to 8 (mustella test failing in this case)

Actual Results: The labels in the column charts are half rendered.

Expected Results: The labels should not be half(or cut). The labels should be dropped.
