Reproduction:
1. Run the swf file. (all labelPosition are set to outside)

Actual Results: The label is shown on the left extreme in bar chart and bottom of the bar in column chart

Expected Results: The label should be shown on the right extreme in case of bar chart and top of the bar in column chart
