Description

Reproduction:
1. Use the Font weight combo and select "Bold"
2. Only labels inside get affected
3. Then change to normal, outside labels become "Bold".

Actual Results: The font weight changes are not affecting the outside labels properly

Expected Results: Runtime changes in font weight should function properly
