Description

Reproduction:
1. Run the swf file
2. Choose labelFunction2 from the combo
3. Select outside from the label position

Note: hold good for both device and embedded fonts

Actual Results: the labels in bar are not pushed outside

Expected Results: The labels should be positioned outside

Workaround: None
