Description

Reproduction:
1. Run the swf file.

Note: This happens when the min field value is less than the series data value, but in scenarios of stocks this would be of high probability.

Actual Results: The first set in the column and bar do not have labels and in the second set the labels are shown outside(labelPosition=inside). In column the label is half shown and in bar the label is abruptly cut

Expected Results: The labels should be rendered correctly.
