Description

Reproduction:
1. Change the font size by entering a number in the text area(example 30)
2. The font size changes only for bar series.
3. The font size of outside labels does not get affected.
4. The labels outside in column series add another label in the vertical direction.
5. Change the font size to 5.
6. In column series, the font of size 30 for inside labels shows up.
7. Inaddition there is a label for font 5.
8. Column: outside labels do not change at all
9. In bar chart the previous change in font 30 reflects along with the default outside label.
10. Change the font size further and labels in column series overlap

Actual Results:Overlapping, more than one label display, incorrect sizing of labels

Expected Results: Only single label with the correct sizing should be displayed.
