Description

Reproduction:
1. Run the swf file.
2. Set the column width to a negative value
3. Then change the column width to 0
4. Set bar height to negative value

Actual Results: Negative value: shift of labels. Zero: labels are removed in column chart only

Expected Results: No shift in labels and when col width 0 the labels should not be removed

Workaround: None
