Description

Reproduction:
1. run the playground test swf file and add items.
2. Choose labelFunction 2 (from combo)
3. Make the labels bold and italic(so that the labels rotate)
3. Add series using "Add Item" button. When there are more than 9-10 sets of series the labels are rendered beyond the bars

Actual Results: the labels are rendered beyond the bars

Expected Results: the labels should be within the bars

Workaround: None
