[FLEX-30125] qtp 9.5 does not recognize flex objects which uses states

Description

Qtp 9.5 does not recognize flex objects as we are using state. In the same flex application QTP recognize other screens which does not use States.

Steps to reproduce

1.QTP 9.5, FLEX 3.0.x, IE 7.0
2. In flex application screen 1 uses flex States. QTP fail to recognize objects(not able to spy the objects)
3. Same application screen 2 does not use flex States. QTP recognize objects( able spy the objects)
