Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any Flex application that has charts
2. Start recording in QTP. Insert a standard checkpoint on Chart and goto "Properties" panel

Actual Results:
dragEnabled and dropEnabled properties are not seen to insert a checkpoint

Expected Results:
dragEnabled and dropEnabled properties should be seen while inserting a Standard checkpoint
