Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run barChartRTE.mxml

Actual Results:
TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.

RTE in Flex SDK 4.6 when the chart data include 0 .
It's OK in Flex SDK 4.5.1.
