[FLEX-28948] HTTPService with GET method hangs if query string is too long (over 4K chars) only in IE

Description

The attached test application shows that if the length of query string increases to 4060, HTTPService invocation hangs. Only in Internet Explorer. Tested with IE8

Workaround (if any):
Using POST

Understand that IE has restriction on number of chars in the URL but not sure why this relates to the above behavior
