Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load up bug file
2. Click on a new item in the list

Actual Results:

The changing event is traced twice

Expected Results:

The changing event is traced once

Practical example: Listen to changing event, cancel it, display a confirmation dialog box. With the bug around, the dialog box would be displayed twice.
