Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached swf.
2. Click "Increase paddingBottom on AC1"
3.

Actual Results:
Elements of AC1 are not padded from Bottom.

Note: This works for paddingTop.

Expected Results:
Elements of AC1 should be padded by 100 pixels from Bottom.

Workaround (if any):
