Description

Steps to reproduce:
Run the attached application TabBar.mxml.

Actual Results:
Confirm that tab two of the mx:TabBar is disabled, however tab two of the s:TabBar is enabled.

Expected Results:
Tab two of the s:TabBar should be disabled.

Workaround:
Create a custom skin for the s:TabBar.
